What is the minimum hire period?
Our prices are for a daily hire but with marquees they are generally put up a day or two before the event and then taken down to suit the client. Some use it for a day after function and others require it to be taken down the next day. Multi day hire rates are available on request.
Do I have to return the gear clean?
For the likes of cutlery, crockery and glassware we ask only that they be rinsed as we sterilise everything ready for the next hire.
Do you deliver out of town?
We deliver all over Queenstown Lakes and have been as far north as Tekapo, as far south as Kingston and as far east as Roxburgh and Ranfurly and all parts in between.
What if I break a glass or damage hired equipment?
We do charge for breakages. Glasses are the most common item that gets lost or broken and all our products are built for hire companies however if something breaks it is generally the hirers responsibility.
Can you get hold of stuff that is not on the website that we might need?
Having been in the wedding/party hire industry for over 15 years we know where to source items that we dont have in our hire company so feel free to ask for anything. We might surprise you.
